If anyone did speak other languages, he/she would be punished by imprisonment within a minimum sentence of one year, and a maximum sentence of ten years.

In honor of the United States, the national anthem of the United States, the Star-Spangled Banner, and an American patriotic song, God Bless America, and/or America the Beautiful, not as their national anthem, but as songs to honor the United States of America as a "bringer of English to the world". It should be played immediately after a doxology, a cultural presentation, or a national anthem of a host country.
